Vintage Township has one of the higher Home Owner Association fees in Lubbock county, but also has one of the greatest parks, pools, splash pad, and community centers. Their HOA is known all around town for putting on great events for those in the neighborhood, and attracts many visitors in the winter with their Christmas displays in the Park.
